1. Who We Are

Noble Nest Karon Aparthotel ("we", "us") operates a 12-apartment boutique property at 12/14 Patak Soi 10, Karon, Mueang Phuket District, Phuket 83100, Thailand. For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact us at karon@noblenest.pro.

2. What We Collect and Why

Email address — if you leave your email on this site to be notified when direct bookings open. We use it only to contact you about Noble Nest Karon and store it in our internal booking and lead system.

Passport photo page and entry stamp — sent by guests via WhatsApp before and on arrival, as required by Thailand's Immigration Act B.E. 2522 (TM.30) to register foreign guests with the Immigration Bureau within 24 hours of arrival. We use this only for that legal registration and to issue your door access code.

CCTV footage — common areas of the building (entrance, corridors, exterior) are monitored for the safety of guests and the property.

3. Legal Basis

We process TM.30 passport and entry-stamp data because Thai law requires it. We process your email address for notifications on the basis of the consent you give by submitting the form. We process CCTV footage on the basis of our legitimate interest in the safety of guests, staff and the property.

4. Who We Share It With

Passport and entry-stamp data is shared only with the Thai Immigration Bureau, as required by TM.30. We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with any other third party for marketing purposes. Messages you send us via WhatsApp are also processed by WhatsApp/Meta under their own privacy policy, as with any WhatsApp conversation.

5. How Long We Keep It

Passport and entry-stamp data is kept only for as long as needed to comply with TM.30 and is deleted once it is no longer required. Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. CCTV footage is kept for a limited period and then automatically overwritten.

6. Your Rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) and, for guests from the European Union, the GDPR, you have the right to ask us what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to object to how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email karon@noblenest.pro — we will respond within a reasonable time. EU residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

7. Cookies & Tracking

This website does not currently use analytics, tracking cookies or advertising pixels. If that changes, this policy will be updated and, where required, we will ask for your consent first.

We may update this policy as Noble Nest Karon develops. The date below shows when it was last updated.
